Oxair Gas Systems India

Oxair team up with Agastya Aero Works to form Oxair Gas Systems India

We have set up a manufacturing base in India in a joint venture with Chennai-based specialist Agastya Aeroworks PVT Ltd, an Oxair agent that had successfully supplied Medical Oxygen PSA units to some of the country’s hospitals and medical market.

Our generating system delivers constant oxygen of 94-95% purity through PSA filtration, a unique process that separates oxygen from compressed air. The gas is then conditioned and filtered before being stored in a buffer tank to be piped directly into to the hospital on demand.

Instead of the removal and reliance of transporting in and handling of dangerous conventional cylinders, except as a back-up supply, India’s hospitals will have the opportunity for oxygen on tap, enabling them to be self-sufficient by generating the purest of oxygen for years to come.

As well as installations in India, Oxair has also successfully supplied numerous Medical Oxygen PSA units in Australia, Africa, Indonesia, Philippines and other smaller islands.

Deployed in hospitals and healthcare facilities around the world, Oxair’s Medical Oxygen Generators Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) systems are high quality medical devices designed to last and deliver consistent, high purity oxygen.

Internationally recognised medical devices
Unlike many competitors, Oxair’s Medical Oxygen Generators PSAs are registered medical devices under ISO 13485, making them fully compliant for use in all hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Our systems are also fully accredited to ISO 13485 and compliant to ISO10083 for medical oxygen concentrators/generators.

Future-proof your hospital with the most up-to-date compliant equipment, and save money on replacing non-compliant systems later.

Why risk your hospital on anything less than the best?

Manufactured to the highest standards, Oxair’s systems offer greater security, safety and reliability than uncertified devices.

Oxair systems deliver constant online oxygen at a purity of 94% and above. The PH EUR standard for PSA generated oxygen is 90 to 96 % high purity oxygen is essential for the health and safety of patients and staff alike.

Always have back up

With the optional back up system in place at your operation, you will never need to worry about your oxygen system running short during a power outage.

Turnkey or custom – you choose

Oxair offers a full range of turnkey plants as well as custom designed plants and control systems. Our turnkey plants come with technical support, drawings and engineering, including system installation into existing or new plant air systems with all interconnecting pipework, electricals and associated accompaniments.

Low maintenance

Oxair Medical Oxygen PSA systems are designed with a user-friendly interface, with a full colour touch screen display and automatic operation. No extensive technical training is required for your staff, and Oxair can provide onsite maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.

Lower running costs

Manufactured from high quality materials, in accordance with all relevant codes and standards, Oxair Medical Oxygen PSAs are made to last. Save money over the lifetime of your medical oxygen system, with an extended life span, less maintenance and lower power consumption.

Superior valving and piping

All Oxair systems use true Air Actuated Process Valves, which offer many years of trouble-free service, rather than the more common solenoid valves, which have a short life cycle and are prone to failure. Additionally, our systems do not use check valves, which have high failure rates. All of our oxygen related piping is in stainless steel.

Lower noise levels

Every Oxair Medical Oxygen PSA features our specially designed muffler, making them one of the quietest PSA systems on the market. Noise control is vital for ensuring a safe and pleasant workplace.

Every Oxair Medical Oxygen PSA includes:

User friendly full colour touch screen HMI
Full diagnostic history
Continuous monitoring of on-stream oxygen to ensure uninterrupted supply
Consistent, high purity oxygen
Automatic operation – no extensive technical training required
High quality parts for less maintenance and guaranteed performance
Lower power and air consumption than comparative systems
